Position Summary: We are seeking a creative professional with experience in experiential marketing to develop immersive strategies, surprising concepts, and innovative proposals for BTL and corporate events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create immersive strategies and experiences through storytelling. 2. Conduct trend research and develop innovative proposals. 3. Collaborate with commercial teams and present to clients. At **PLOT Experiential Marketing**, we are looking for a project-based creative (3 months). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop creative strategies applied to the creation of immersive experiences and events. * Create surprising concepts and storytelling narratives. * Generate innovative proposals and conduct trend research. * Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure proposals support the objectives outlined in the commercial brief. * Develop ideas that translate into creative strategies for BTL experiences and corporate events. * Monitor projects jointly with graphic and industrial designers, providing creative guidance for execution. * Present creative proposals to clients. * Stay updated on trends in marketing, advertising, and innovation, ensuring they are reflected in every proposal. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience at a BTL event agency. * Experience working as a creative on events. * Proficiency with tools required to perform the role. * Strategic creativity. * Innovation. * Storytelling.
