Activities to be performed in the position: **Financial Movement Control:** * Record income and expenses in treasury controls (Excel). * Keep the daily cash flow updated. * Classify movements by type: income (customers) and expenses (suppliers, expenditures). **Income Validation:** * Receive payment information from Accounts Receivable. * Validate payments using: bank transfer receipts and SPEI inquiries (Banxico). * Confirm receipt of customer payments. * Notify the Accounts Receivable Assistant of final validation. **Expense Validation:** * Receive payment schedules from the Accounts Payable Assistant. * Prepare a list of payments to be executed. * Execute scheduled payments. * Request payment receipts once payments are completed. **Cash Flow Control:** * Consolidate expected income and expense information. * Prepare projected cash flow reports (weekly / biweekly). * Identify potential liquidity shortfalls. * Report cash flow risks to the Accounting Manager. **Financial Incident Control:** * Record incidents such as: payments not reflected, incorrect transfers, and amount discrepancies. * Escalate financial incidents to the Accounting Manager. * Follow up on financial incidents until resolution. **Financial Information Safeguarding:** * Compile a file of payment receipts and income evidence. * Maintain order and traceability of financial information. * Ensure availability of information for audits or financial reviews. **Support in Financial Control:** * Provide data for financial reporting. * Support cash flow analysis. * Participate in improving financial controls.
