Performs activities under direct supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately. Also responsible for handling all processes related to billing Grupo México's customer for spare parts. * Responsible for coordinating all activities related to adding new spare parts with Grupo México's customer. **SPARE PARTS TRANSPORTATION**: * Responsible for freight associated with transporting spare parts, which may originate from border ports in Naco, Sonora, destined for Grupo México's projects located in Nacozari de García, Sonora, as well as return freight from these two projects back to the aforementioned border ports. **SERVICES**: * Responsible for tracking requests and deliveries of parts as needed. * Responsible for maintaining company-owned and rented fixed assets in good condition and reporting any issues. * Responsible for attending meetings with the customer. **SAFETY**: * Responsible for tracking issued personal protective equipment (PPE) parts, inspecting service trucks for proper operation, and managing documentation related to ecology, environment, and safety. * Comply with requirements from the Safety Leader: JSO/JSA forms. **ACTIVITIES**: * **Routine:** * Consignment meeting (daily, complying with safety stipulations for each consignment contract; currently supported by the Safety Department). * Delivery of spare parts and filters. * Ordering and tracking spare parts and filters. * Quotations (daily). * Reservations (daily). * Netsuite (daily). * Manage purchase orders (daily). * On-site spare parts sales report and payment collection (event-based). * Adding new parts (event-based). * Price updates (event-based). * **Occasional:** * Direct sales / Orders (event-based). * Import coordination only (event-based; directly involving Supervisor, Finance, and Spare Parts departments). * Tracking missing items (weekly). * **Controls:** * Weekly inventory count and location check (weekly). * Control of maximum and minimum levels (weekly), as well as other standard warehouse controls. * Monthly CMS sales report (monthly): * Direct sales. * By supplier. * By service/MO (services and backlogs). **Responsibilities** **Competencies:** Values differences \- Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
