We are looking for a Plant Controller to lead budget supervision, production cost management, and financial reporting. You will be a key contributor to our mill’s profitability, working closely with operational departments to optimize resources and ensure regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cost Control:** Supervise and analyze cost variances in raw materials and mill production processes. * **Inventory Management:** Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy. * **New Facility Launches:** Implement financial processes and internal controls during the opening of new facilities. * **Budgeting:** Develop, execute, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts. * **Reporting:** Generate monthly financial and operational reports for senior management. * **Compliance:** Validate accounting processes and ensure accurate ERP system entries. **Required Qualifications (Must-Have):** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (degree required). * **Industry Experience:** Minimum **4–6 years** of experience in financial control or costing **specifically in food manufacturing** (food processing, meat, poultry, or similar). * **Employment Stability:** At least 1 year of tenure in previous positions. * **Tools:** Advanced Excel proficiency and solid experience with world-class ERPs (**SAP, Oracle**, or similar). * **Technical Knowledge:** Industrial cost accounting and operational financial control. **Desired Skills:** * Deep analytical thinking. * Leadership and decision-making ability. * Proactivity in optimizing profitability within dynamic environments. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary of $45,000–$50,000 MXN monthly. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM). * Life Insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Attractive performance bonuses. * Continuous training and real professional development opportunities. **Join a team that values efficiency and professional growth!
