Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise loading and unloading operations, manage inventory, ensure product quality, and lead personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics operations coordination and inventory management. 2. Product quality assurance and regulatory compliance. 3. Leadership and team management. - Coordinate finished product loading and unloading operations in full compliance with the established schedule, supervising that the process is carried out according to safety measures and regulations. - Prepare daily inventories to identify products currently in stock, thereby enabling first-in-first-out (FIFO) practices while maintaining the cold chain. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during cold room cleaning to guarantee product quality. - Manage personnel, including assigning shifts and tasks, and reporting any incidents involving staff members to the Human Resources department.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Team management, warehousing, cargo loading and unloading, operations, logistics operations Driver's Licenses: A Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, warehouse supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, warehouse
