Responsibilities: Respond to service tickets Travel to various locations to perform equipment repair and maintenance (averaging 2–3 tickets per day) Maintain friendly interaction with banking staff Submit evidence of all activities performed during repairs Be available to travel to the next ticket site Communicate with colleagues to clarify maintenance-related questions Meet response time requirements and successfully complete repairs Track the entire ticket process Your Profile: Technical, engineering, or bachelor’s degree education 6 months of experience related to support, repair, or installation of equipment (computers, networks, cabling, or electrical equipment) Basic experience using diagnostic and measurement tools Ability to interpret diagrams Experience disassembling machines, handling components, and replacing parts Strong communication skills Analytical thinking for problem-solving Interest in and availability for field work Attention to detail and organization We Offer: Monthly gross salary of 14k–15k MXN, plus statutory benefits, monthly productivity bonus (subject to meeting SLAs), medical expense insurance after probation period, training, and weekly mobility expense reimbursement. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technical Professional Education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 53 years Knowledge: Operating Systems, Technical Support Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, assistance, support, support, banker, banking, banking, banker, field, territory
