Laboratory Coordinator
The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring follow-up, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as associated necessary activities—are conducted on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Appropriately employ and/or manage the human, material, and financial resources available to the Quality Control laboratory. Ensure that product, material, and raw material analyses are performed on time and correctly, in compliance with scheduling requirements, regulations, and internal procedures. Verify analytical results, ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support to analysts for resolving physicochemical issues. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards. Conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet departmental performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines.
