Position Objective: * Mass recruitment of operational vacancies **(Drivers).** * Recruitment for administrative and sales profiles. * Recruitment across municipalities within the state. * Social media management. * Planning, organization, follow-up, and internal customer service are mandatory. * Administration and review of psychometric tests. * File control and dossier assembly. * Flexible working hours. * Data entry and onboarding of new hires in SAP. * Creation and implementation of HR department improvement projects. * Basic knowledge of AI as a work tool.
