





**POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **OBJECTIVE**: Promote efficiency, accuracy and strict compliance with procedures corresponding to the area, directly contributing to well-being. Coordinate activities of the assigned area, compliance with internal processes and legal regulations. **PROFILE:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years in Human Resources * Knowledge of payroll processes, minimum 2 years **COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS** * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Problem resolution. * Organization and time management. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Proficiency with HR-focused software * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Knowledge of accounting systems. * Ability to generate financial reports. * Knowledge of tax and labor legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement continuous improvement within the department. * Prepare and process pre-payroll information for all employees. * Prepare and process monthly closing reports (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Resolve incident inquiries. * Supervise risk prevention activities. * Provide support to administrative team.
