At **Grúas y Servicios del Golfo** we are a Mexican company specialized in crane rental for handling operations, equipment, and land transportation of regular and specialized cargo; comprehensive services for dismantling, loading, transportation, and assembly of equipment for the oil, energy, maritime, and civil construction industries, rental of drilling fluid plants and industrial lots, as well as rental of peripheral and storage equipment. **Job Description:** Support the logistics department to ensure the requested service is delivered to the customer with quality, responsibility, and efficiency, guaranteeing compliance with both internal and external requirements regarding Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Environment, and Quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure that the assigned units (tractor-trailers and trailers) have up-to-date preventive maintenance and valid annual certification, completed timely and correctly. * Prepare and audit unit files to ensure they contain all relevant information required to perform services (circulation cards, permits, authorizations, insurance policies, preventive maintenance records, unit certification, tool certification, HDS, etc.). * Generate API \- CUSTOMS tracking numbers, register them in Excel format, and send them to Billing on the 15th and last day of each month. * Process personnel access passes for API Dos Bocas. * Manage waybills for cargo transportation services. * Cover weekend shifts. * Handle and follow up on accident reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in similar positions. * Must be able to drive standard vehicles; verifiable employment references. * Updated CURP, RFC, and NSS. * Employment verification documents.
