Mexican food and supplements company is seeking a Web Development Platforms Intern. Preferred education: Recent graduate or final semester/quarter student in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. **Activities you will support:** Web design, development, maintenance, and improvement of the company's websites and digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure interfaces are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Assist in designing web pages, landing pages, and microsites following brand guidelines and user experience principles (UX/UI). 2\. Collaborate in updating content and images on CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.). 3\. Participate in usability testing and interface improvements. 4\. Support in creating digital assets: banners, buttons, sliders, web graphics, etc. 5\. Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. 6\. Work closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams. 7\. Learn and apply best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and web optimization. **Skills and Competencies (Preferred)** * Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design * Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator * Attention to detail and organization * Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages * Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve * Teamwork and effective communication **Additional Academic Background:** * Basic knowledge in web development or UX/UI design (desirable), experience using Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar). *Portfolio submission preferred (even if academic or personal).
