




***Responsibilities*** * Coordinate and supervise activities related to the control, organization, and cleaning of rooms, public areas, general linen, uniforms, and laundry. * Coordinate staff training. * Plan and organize work within their areas. * Control lost and found items. * Monitor the operation of the linen room and laundry. * Supervise the locking and unlocking of rooms. * Prepare and verify deep cleaning schedules for the hotel. * Prepare warehouse requests and purchase orders in SAP for department supplies. * Conduct periodic meetings with all staff to keep them informed. * Prepare department payroll, delivering to * HR all personnel incidents. * Coordinate with maintenance on required work for rooms and public areas. ***Knowledge*** * Hotel operations knowledge. * Administrative knowledge. * Knowledge of clothing washing techniques, cleaning, and equipment maintenance. * Handling of cleaning equipment and products. * Inventory and warehouse control knowledge. * Opera and SAP systems. * Intermediate English. * Personnel management. ***Skills*** * Decision making. * Conflict resolution. * Problem analysis. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Planning and organizing activities.
