HOSTIPAL HALTUS HOPE WE ARE HIRING: Accounting Assistant REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (graduated). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting (preferably in the healthcare sector). * Knowledge of bank reconciliations, electronic invoicing, and accounting records. * Proficient in Excel. * Organized, responsible individual with professional ethics. * Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily review of documentation and payment registration for customer invoices. * Review accounting entries for cash register reports from all departments, clearly identifying invoice numbers and customers to determine work papers. * Reconcile income against Treasury and identify discrepancies. * Record fixed assets in accounting: descriptions, invoices. * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
