Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León de los Aldama, Guanajuato, Mexico** **Responsibilities** * Translate technical terminology used by suspension specialists into language understandable to customers. * Vehicle reception and delivery; quotations and closing of sales. * Technical advisory services; knowledge of spare parts. * Use of electronic catalogues. * Inventory management and verification in warehouse. * Customer service and follow-up (after-sales). * Quotation follow-up, service administration and scheduling (including warranty expiration management).
