




**At LINMEX Group**, we are looking for a highly proactive **External Sales Coordinator** with a **strategic focus** to coordinate, support, and supervise the sales team responsible for managing commercial relationships with brokers and partner real estate agencies, ensuring proper execution of the commercial strategy, achievement of placement targets, service quality, and operational alignment between external channels and the company. **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise the team of commercial executives focused on the broker and real estate agency channel. * Monitor achievement of sales targets for the indirect channel. * Ensure a strong, professional, and consistent commercial relationship with partner brokers. * Implement the commercial strategy defined by Management. * Support strategic negotiations and key closings with key brokers. * Monitor the sales pipeline and operational status of the channel. * Ensure proper use and updating of the CRM by the team. * Coordinate trainings, product launches, and informational sessions for brokers. * Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, or channel improvements. * Follow up on commercial incidents and resolve operational deviations. * Present periodic reports on results, trends, and performance. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies, commissions, and internal processes. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Sales, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * Specialization or courses in consultative sales, commercial leadership, or channel management are desirable. * Prior experience in real estate sales or B2B (mandatory). * Sales team management and coordination. * Consultative sales and B2B negotiation. * Indirect channel management. * Analysis of commercial KPIs. * CRM and sales pipeline management. * Commercial planning and target tracking. * Preparation of executive reports. * Knowledge of the real estate market. **What do we offer?** * Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. * Competitive salary. * Commissions for achieving commercial objectives above market standards. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Programs for comprehensive health care. * Excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
