




**Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree **Languages:** Advanced English **Experience in the field:** Minimum 10 years. **Experience in the position:** Minimum 6 years. **Knowledge:** Automotive quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) Manufacturing processes for automotive electrical harnesses APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan Automotive core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP) Interpretation of drawings, electrical diagrams, and customer specifications Management of internal, external, and customer audits Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) Risk analysis and change control Management of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions Quality performance indicators (PPM, scrap, rework, customer complaints) Customer-specific requirements (CSR) Applicable safety and environmental standards related to the quality system Management of documentation and record-keeping systems Advanced use of computer tools (Excel, reporting, data analysis) **Responsibilities / Functions:** Define, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949. Ensure compliance with applicable customer and regulatory requirements. Guarantee product quality from suppliers through to the end customer. Lead the preparation and execution of internal, external, and customer audits. Supervise and approve PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation. Coordinate customer complaint handling, including root cause analysis and 8D action plans. Monitor and improve quality performance indicators (PPM, scrap, rework). Ensure control of nonconforming products and special releases. Coordinate quality activities with suppliers (development, audits, follow-up). Promote continuous improvement and defect prevention. Train and develop quality personnel and related departments. Authorize and monitor process changes from a quality perspective. Ensure proper documentation and control of system records. Report quality performance to senior management. Foster a culture of quality, discipline, and customer focus across the organization.
