Ensure achievement of strategic objectives related to cost, quality, delivery, and safety. Guarantee efficient execution of production plans. Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Lead implementation of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Monitor and optimize operational performance indicators. Coordinate with senior management on strategic operations planning. Manage and develop managers and teams under direct responsibility. Approve and oversee investment projects, process improvements, and changes. Ensure integrity of the quality management system and operational discipline. Supervise compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Manage operational risks and contingency plans. Lead resolution of critical issues impacting customers. Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and continuously improving culture. Present executive operational performance reports to top management.
