You will be responsible for providing an enjoyable experience to diners, ensuring prompt, courteous, and restaurant-standard-aligned service. **Job Objective:** To guarantee efficient table service, meeting service timing requirements, maintaining high-quality customer interaction, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and attend to customers courteously and professionally throughout their visit. * Present the menu, explain dishes and beverages, and make recommendations. * Accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery. * Follow up on orders and verify customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure appropriate service timing. * Keep your workstation clean and organized. * Comply with hygiene, service, and personal appearance standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: At least 1 year as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferably in restaurants). * Experience in wines and distilled spirits. * Flexible availability (including weekends). * Excellent service attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Working Conditions:** * Weekly timely payment (salary \+ tips). * Payday: Sunday. * Two midweek days off. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Option to consume meals at the restaurant or bring your own food. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $9,452\.00 * Weekly tips: $500\.00 to $1,000\.00 * Meal support * Statutory benefits after 45 days * Job stability * Positive work environment
