In our specialized pathology laboratory, we are seeking a **Commercial Lawyer** with solid experience in contracts, corporate matters, and business law, who will ensure the organization's legal protection and contribute to the institutional strengthening of Labopat. This role will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing the contracts and legal processes that support our commercial operations and partnerships in the healthcare sector. **Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, collaboration agreements, and distribution contracts. * Provide legal opinions on clauses, contractual rights, and obligations. * Prepare minutes, powers of attorney, company formations, and registrations with the Public Commercial Registry. * Handle commercial, civil, or administrative proceedings involving the company. * Provide legal advice to internal departments (commercial, finance, quality, expansion). * Identify and prevent legal or contractual risks. * Represent Labopat before notaries, authorities, and external law firms. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (with professional license). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Commercial or Corporate Law. * General Law of Commercial Companies * Commercial Code * Service provision and leasing contracts * Public Commercial Registry * Previous experience in the **healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratory sector** is desirable. * Strong legal writing and negotiation skills * Professional ethics, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and organization. * Effective communication * Analytical ability **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience.
