The main objective of this position is to ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and efficient handling of banking information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and update banking information for clients and suppliers. * Handle electronic banking and create payment layouts, payroll disbursements, and mass transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions. * Schedule supplier and service payments, ensuring timeliness and compliance. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge in finance or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and banking platforms. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
