Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to ensure control and recording of receiving operations, guaranteeing compliance with administrative, operational, and audit processes. We are currently looking to add a Warehouse Operations Analyst to our team. • Work location: Finsa Industrial Park Job Purpose: Ensure proper control and recording of warehouse receiving operations, guaranteeing compliance with administrative, operational, and audit processes. Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field (degree and professional license mandatory). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or logistics administrative activities. • Intermediate Excel proficiency. • SAP proficiency mandatory. • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational follow-up. Key Responsibilities: • Assign dock doors and coordinate unit docking for receiving. • Register and enter incoming products into the system. • Generate documentation corresponding to material receipt per BPD audit guidelines. • Receive, validate, and safeguard incoming documentation according to established processes. • Track the flow of unit and material receipt. • Ensure accurate information registration in the system. • Maintain communication with operational and audit departments to ensure process compliance. • Support administrative and operational control activities within the warehouse.
