




Position Summary: We are seeking an ICT Support Engineer to enable technological services for users, ensure the smooth operation of business activities, and contribute to the organization's competitiveness within a production environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support for ICT users in a production environment 2. Incident and request resolution according to SLAs and KPIs 3. End-to-end management of technological equipment and systems At **Icorp**, we are looking for an engineer with expertise in production/manufacturing environments to provide on-site support to **ICT** users. Provide assistance and support to enable technological services for users of equipment and applications, as well as network infrastructure access, ensuring uninterrupted user operations and contributing to business competitiveness and continuity. **Work Modality:** 100% On-site **Location:** Tetla de la Solidaridad, Tlaxcala **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Availability:** Yes, willing to stay longer if required **Occasional Availability:** Willing to work weekends if required. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field **(Degree Certificate Required)**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in **ICT support within a production environment**. * Experience working under **SLAs and KPIs**. * Basic English proficiency. * Fundamental knowledge or formal training in ITIL. * No restrictions regarding relocation. Relevant Experience: * + Minimum 2 years of experience providing ICT support in industrial environments. + Minimum 2 years of on-site and remote ICT user support via ticketing systems. + Incident and request resolution aligned with SLAs and **KPIs**. + Microsoft Office \& Google Suite. + Active Directory. + Pivot tables. + CRM usage. + ICT equipment inventory management. + Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. + Virtual machine creation. + Structured cabling. + Cisco router and switch configuration (Preferred). + Basic knowledge or formal training in ITIL. + Linux operating system (Preferred). **Benefits** * Base salary. * Transportation allowance. * Quarterly bonus. * Statutory benefits.
