Ensure seamless design\-to\-production transfer by validating specifications, conducting fit testing, and collaborating closely with Design, Sampling, Engineering, and Production teams, contributing to quality standards, operational efficiency, and on\-time launches for NPI project R\&D Ixtacuixtla, Tlaxcala, Mexico ### **Job description** * Interpret and analyze sketches, technical specifications, and design requirements to develop accurate production\-ready patterns. * Design and develop patterns for a wide range of textile products. * Create and modify patterns using CAD software and/or manual drafting methods. * Collaborate with designers, sample sewers, and production teams to ensure patterns are manufacturable and production\-feasible. * Test, adjust, and validate patterns to ensure proper fit, functionality, and compliance with quality standards. * Maintain up\-to\-date technical documentation of patterns, specifications, and any revisions made. * Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Work cross\-functionally to ensure production timelines are met. * Effectively communicate progress, adjustments, and technical requirements to team members and management to ensure smooth operations ### **Profile** * 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a production\-oriented environment * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field * Interpretation and analysis of technical specifications * Conversational English * Development and creation of textile patterns * Proficiency in CAD software for pattern design * Pattern fitting and grading for production * Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes * Quality control applied to patterns and production * Technical documentation and pattern management * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Quality\-focused mindset * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams * Effective communication * Deadline\-driven with strong results orientation ### **Our offer** You will have the opportunity to learn and build experience and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.
