Opportunity for growth Join our team as a **General Helper** We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual interested in supporting industrial maintenance operations. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Maintenance and Organization:** Ensuring cleanliness and organization of common areas and workstations. * **Operational Logistics:** Assisting with loading, unloading, and arranging materials. * **Material Management:** Sorting and distributing inventory according to daily needs. * **Production Support:** Preparing tools and assisting with simple production process tasks. * **Safety Culture:** Strictly following safety regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues. What do we require from you? * **Education:** Completed junior high school (preferred). * **Experience:** Basic knowledge of tools. * **Skills:** Excellent physical condition, ability to follow instructions, and strong attention to detail. * **Attitude:** Proactive, punctual, and enthusiastic about teamwork. What do we offer? * Base weekly salary: **$2,500**. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days). * Monthly bonuses. * Schedule: 5 days from 7:00 to 17:00 hrs., 1 day from 7:00 to 13:00 hrs., and two rotating rest days. * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
