The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing support and follow-up to wholesale clients, ensuring efficient, courteous, and timely service in processes related to orders, deliveries, inquiries, and after-sales service. This role contributes to maintaining strong business relationships and organized administrative operations within the CEDIS. Key Responsibilities: Answer client calls, messages, and emails. Track orders, order fulfillment, and deliveries. Record orders and update information in the system. Resolve inquiries regarding products, stock availability, and delivery timelines. Escalate issues to warehouse, sales, and logistics departments. Assist with returns, exchanges, and clarifications. Maintain an up-to-date client database. Prepare administrative reports and controls. Support the commercial and operations departments. Requirements: Minimum education: completed high school diploma. Experience in customer service, sales, or administration. Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal ability.
