




**Responsibility** Assist daily clinic operations by coordinating appointments, assisting with patient intake, managing records, and facilitating communication between staff and providers to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery **Responsibilities:** · Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure efficient communication. · Place outbound calls to patients to support clinic productivity goals and increase patient engagement based on operational needs. · Provide assistance to clinic operations in managing appointment scheduling. · Enter patient demographic Information into the system accurately. · Verify patient eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations to ensure coverage and approval for scheduled services. · Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services. · Communicate and coordinate smoothly with other team members **Requirements:** * Bilingual (English and Spanish). * Previous experience in healthcare is helpful but not necessary. * Computer savvy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage. * Willingness to adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
