**Job Opening: Store Coordinator** ---------------------------------- We are seeking a proactive individual with strong service orientation and leadership capability to join our team as a **Store Coordinator**. If you are passionate about operational management and team development, this position is for you! ### **Purpose of the Position** Ensure operational excellence at the branch by guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adherence to the brand’s quality standards through leadership of a team of two people. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Supervise, motivate, and organize the daily activities of the two team members under your supervision. * **Operations and Sales:** Control inventory, perform cash reconciliations, and ensure the store meets its sales targets. * **Quality and Service:** Guarantee that every customer receives exceptional service and that products are delivered under the highest hygiene standards. * **Administration:** Manage supplier orders, report incidents, and maintain the store’s visual presentation. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles (retail, food and beverage, or ice cream shops). * **Skills:** Leadership of small teams, assertive communication, and sales performance metrics management. * **Attitude:** Sense of urgency, honesty, and a 100% customer-focused mindset. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (including weekends). ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * **Punctuality bonus (To be defined)** * **Attendance bonus (To be defined)** Downtown Puebla or Galerías Serdán.
