Job Summary: Provide customers at food and beverage outlets with a pleasant and expert beverage and service experience, implementing standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and courtesy. Teamwork and effective communication **Job Objective:** Provide customers at food and beverage outlets with a pleasant and expert beverage and service experience based on the implementation of standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and courtesy, in line with hotel policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times in accordance with hotel standards. * Take orders and serve any food and/or beverages and/or other items. * Availability to rotate among various hotel food and beverage outlets. * Responsible for selling beverages and food. * Responsible for maintaining a well-organized work area at all times. * Ensure effective communication with the kitchen, servers, and supervisory staff to deliver professional service. * Maintain a professional, warm, and sincere appearance, as well as impeccable personal hygiene. * Maintain good working relationships with colleagues at the food and beverage outlet, as well as with staff from other departments. * Report for duty punctually wearing the complete and clean uniform. * Attend monthly departmental meetings and any other meetings as required. **General Skills:** * Flexibility and willingness to rotate shifts * Requires constant physical movement * Attention to detail * Dynamic * Teamwork * Effective communication **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Food and Beverage * Minimum education: High school diploma * 70% English (intermediate\-advanced) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,450\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * How far do you live from the hotel? * What is your level of English (for service purposes)?
