We want someone who enjoys creating, organizing, and managing a kitchen from the ground up, who is proactive and ready to contribute their energy to a new concept. We are seeking a young professional, committed and eager to grow along with the project. **Requirements:** * Ideal age: **23–30 years**. * **Culinary studies (mandatory).** * Professional kitchen experience: **1–2 years**. * Strong sense of **responsibility** and organization. * Proactive attitude, teamwork, and full commitment. * Leadership and communication skills. * Ability to maintain quality standards and work under pressure. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate daily kitchen operations. * Supervise the team and ensure order, cleanliness, and mise en place. * Manage supplies, inventories, and costs. * Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes. * Participate in menu creation, improvement, and standardization.
