




Specialized Human Resources consulting firm seeking to integrate a Junior Recruiter with a focus on social media, proactive attitude, and strong interest in developing within the Human Capital area. Main responsibilities: * Posting and managing job vacancies on social media and employment platforms. * Sourcing and attracting talent through social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.). * Initial contact and candidate follow-up. * Support in recruitment and selection processes. * Candidate database control and updating. * Objective tracking of assigned processes. Requirements: * Proficiency and mastery of social media. * Genuine interest in learning about Human Resources and Recruitment. * High adaptability to change and diverse candidate profiles. * Organization, responsibility, and follow-up orientation. * Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Preferred: studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields (not mandatory).
