The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient and timely supply of materials, supplies, and services, as well as the appropriate administration, control, and safeguarding of warehouse inventories, thereby optimizing resources, reducing costs, and ensuring the company's operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: -Guarantee timely and efficient supply of materials and supplies for each project. -Monitor and update inventory inflows and outflows in real time. -Optimize resource utilization based on efficiency and quality criteria. -Safeguard the confidentiality of company and supplier information. -Execute procurement of supplies promptly and accurately. -Evaluate, select, and qualify reliable suppliers. -Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. -Prepare and update documents and forms related to warehouse movements. -Supervise order deliveries and verify compliance. -Meet key performance indicators for procurement and warehouse processes. -Coordinate material returns in cases of defects or non-compliance. -Collaborate with Management and Leadership on strategic procurement decisions.
