At Alespi, we are looking for a proactive Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain and ensure our construction projects receive the best supplies at the right time — WITH EXPERIENCE IN HARDWARE STORE SUPPLIES AND HVAC. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Essential Knowledge: Proficiency in hardware store products and/or HVAC equipment (air conditioning and ventilation). Skills: Aggressive negotiation, comparative analysis, ERP system proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES: Coordinate and execute material and supply procurement according to project requisitions. Negotiate optimal commercial terms (price, credit, and delivery timelines). Maintain and evaluate a reliable supplier database.
