Participation in organizing team-building events • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (degree completed) • Experience: 1.5 years in similar roles and responsibilities (verifiable references) • Availability to occasionally work on Saturdays • Willingness to learn and adopt new processes • Availability to conduct fieldwork • Residence in neighborhoods adjacent to Puebla 2000 Industrial Park or within a maximum 1-hour commute from the park Responsibilities: • Editing and monitoring the annual training plan; preparing reports, • KPIs, training follow-up, form creation, instructional material development, document control and archiving. • Delivering company induction courses as well as development training • Delivering training to newly hired staff. Redesigning manuals • Archiving documents (recruitment, training, personnel files) • Delivering company induction courses to newly hired staff • Administering staff evaluations, issuing staff certificates, and supporting logistical activities for training. • Supporting personnel administration (follow-ups, announcements, signatures, etc.) • Organizational communication (HR bulletin boards) • Coordinating and following up on socialization and integration events (Children's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Women's Day, Christmas party, etc.). • Conducting exit interviews (during termination process) • Administering employee satisfaction surveys and follow-up • Implementing strategies to ensure staffing coverage at the plant. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: Between 23 and 40 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Human Resources, Follow-up Keywords: analyst, resources, human
