Key Responsibilities * Apply and comply with guidelines established in Procedures, Work Instructions, and Quality Management System (QMS) forms applicable to your operation and position, based on drawings, engineering standards, specific customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and Gestamp requirements. * Achieve departmental goals and objectives. * Provide timely and appropriate service and support to customers. * Lead and develop quality engineers and auditors to successfully perform their duties, as well as achieve departmental goals and objectives (Cold Stamping, Hot Stamping, Laser Cutting processes). * Lead and support SQE, Material Receipt SQE, Material Receipt Technician, and Material Receipt Quality Auditors to successfully perform their duties, as well as achieve departmental goals and objectives. * Ensure effective management of product Control Plans within the organization, in accordance with specific customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and Gestamp requirements—including scope, documentation, updates, traceability—and continuous monitoring during production series; in collaboration with Process Quality Engineers. * Ensure effective management of PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAPs for Purchased Materials within the organization during Prototype/Pre\-Series and Series phases, in accordance with specific customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and Gestamp requirements—including scope, documentation, updates, traceability—as well as continuous monitoring during the project and production series; in collaboration with SQE and Material Receipt SQE.
