Production Coordinator **Location:** Gestamp Puebla, MX, Gestamp Pu **Date:** Dec 17, 2025 PRODUCTION COORDINATOR Role Summary Responsible for production operations, managing, supervising, and achieving the department’s established performance indicators. Key Responsibilities * Responsible for parts produced in cutting and cold stamping areas, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer quality requirements, as well as meeting established cycle times, standards, and efficiencies for each part. * Continuous improvement of quality parameters and ratios, Up Time, and scheduled changeover times for each part, as defined in relevant documentation. * Collaborate in obtaining and maintaining quality certifications (IATF, QS, VDA, etc.). * Train personnel and supervise training for other staff under their responsibility. * Collaborate in advanced quality planning activities (APQP, FMEA, etc.). * Comply with work instructions, procedures, documents, and records of the Quality Management System applicable to their operation or position. * Ensure proper inventory planning and execution in coordination with the Materials Department. * Comply with the company’s Safety and Hygiene regulations.
