Are you ready to begin? With us, you can. **About This Opportunity:** At WSP Mexico, we are seeking a **Junior Modeler** to join our **Property & Building** team in our offices in Puebla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting 3D modeling and multidisciplinary BIM coordination (architecture and MEPFP/LV) for projects in the United States, ensuring model quality and deliverable documentation, while collaborating with teams in Mexico and the U.S. **Responsibilities:** **Modeling and Documentation:** * Perform 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit for architecture and MEPFP/LV disciplines. * Process and deliver 3D point cloud files. * Prepare AutoCAD files for MEP design processes. **Interpretation and Corrections:** * Apply markups in English to generate, correct, or improve drawings, diagrams, and details. * Resolve issues related to Revit, AutoCAD models, and MEP processes. **Quality and Coordination:** * Follow processes that ensure model and deliverable quality. * Support BIM communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams in Mexico and the U.S. * Educate and guide the team when errors are identified and assist in resolving them. **Management and Reporting:** * Report progress and activity development on assigned projects. * Maintain model, file, and drawing integrity, health, and backup. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. **Languages:** English minimum B1 level (written and spoken communication). **Additional Training:** Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD training (desirable). **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in architecture or engineering-related fields. * Experience in small-scale projects meeting specific client requirements. **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of model coordination and clash detection. * Experience with BIM processes and standards. * Basic proficiency in technical drafting, spreadsheets, and digital tools. **What We Offer:** * Minor medical expense insurance, dental insurance, life insurance * Grocery vouchers, restaurant vouchers * Remote work financial support * You may join our “Own It” program, enabling you to acquire WSP Global shares through monthly payroll deductions—and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (subject to a defined maximum amount). * You will enjoy immediate ownership of your shares, including those acquired with the company’s contribution. * Annual performance reviews * Biannual employee engagement surveys * Membership in a multinational company with high-quality standards and strong growth potential * The opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary, multi-sector projects at national, regional, and global levels \#LI\-VVB \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-PUE\-San Andrés Cholula**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Job Posting** Dec 17, 2025, 11:48:34 AM
