




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. (Preferably in the hospitality industry) * Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00 and 14:00–22:00 hours, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:30–14:30 and 14:00–22:00 hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect production lines and refrigerators. * Prepare food. * Prepare buffet service. * Inspect food items and line preparation. * Supervise implementation of hotel policies regarding food quality and presentation. * Assign and supervise staff tasks. * Advise the chef on planning and preparing food for special events. * Ensure kitchen food quality complies with the cashier-authorized order system. * Prepare restaurant and room service meals. * Submit requisitions to the warehouse. * Prepare main dishes. * Instruct cooks. * Monitor pending orders. * Track orders. * Prepare fruit. * Inspect cleanliness of the work area. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary. * Tips. * Grocery vouchers: $1,000.00 per month. * Statutory benefits.
