*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for Elitech in Apan, Hidalgo** Join our team, an important company in the Construction sector is looking for **Civil Construction Supervisor:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields. * Availability to travel. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Efficiently coordinate and manage assigned resources. * Prepare reports related to project progress and cost control. * Supervise and ensure proper execution of construction projects. * Carry out site handover and formalize it through a delivery report. * Review the list of concepts including unit price analyses, scope of work or service activities, execution and supply schedules or usage, terms of reference, and service scope. * Permanently supervise and report on the technical quality of project installation. * Monitor the construction schedule and communicate any updates occurring at any stage of the project. * Supervise timely and proper delivery of required materials according to the work plan, ensuring project material control. * Inform management of additional needs for materials, tools, and human resources on site. * Address client requirements, communicating and reporting engineering progress of executed projects. * Participate in site surveys with clients to gather pre-engineering data. **SKILLS:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project * Skills and experience in personnel supervision. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $15,000 net * Statutory benefits * Overtime pay * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. **Desired education level:** Higher education - Graduated **Desired experience level:** Intermediate Level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=68f02d3c6e00003800f279b5&source=indeed*
