This opportunity is for you. **Base Location: Puebla** Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Availability to visit suppliers across various sites in Puebla and nearby areas is required. **What You’ll Do:** * Plan, manage, and optimize the logistics network (hubs, routes, sort centers, and last-mile). * Analyze network performance using operational KPIs (SLA, OTIF, productivity, and costs). * Coordinate with logistics suppliers and partners to ensure service levels and capacity. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement. * Support network expansion processes into new cities or regions. * Standardize operational processes and ensure their proper implementation. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams. * Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. * Manage operational incidents and propose corrective action plans. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. * Mandatory experience in network management, logistics, transportation, or last-mile operations. * Advanced Excel skills (Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools are a plus). * Knowledge of e-commerce operations and last-mile delivery. * Last-mile supplier portfolio. * Data analysis capability and results orientation. * Ability to manage suppliers and multiple stakeholders. * Intermediate or advanced English (optional). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Food vouchers * SGMM
