Participation in secure migrations to cloud environments ALTEN Mexico, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting, is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Engineer to manage and implement cybersecurity projects focused on protecting technological infrastructure, networks, and critical systems. The role will involve implementing security controls, identity and access management, as well as initiatives to strengthen infrastructure and comply with international information security standards. Main Responsibilities: * Management and coordination of cybersecurity projects in corporate and industrial environments * Implementation of security controls and infrastructure protection policies * Server, operating system, and network component hardening * Implementation and administration of IAM (Identity & Access Management) solutions * Implementation and monitoring of SOC/SIEM tools for incident monitoring and detection * Support for infrastructure and network security projects * Participation in secure migrations to cloud environments * Conducting risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses * Aligning security processes with international standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and applicable compliance frameworks * Coordination with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure system continuity and protection **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management * Experience implementing security controls and infrastructure hardening * Knowledge of IAM (Identity & Access Management) * Experience with SOC/SIEM tools * Experience in network and infrastructure security projects * Knowledge of secure cloud migration * Experience in risk assessments and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, or other relevant frameworks) * English proficiency at B2 or C1 level **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social Security insurance * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Bi-weekly food vouchers
