




Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Organizational Development and Learning Expert to design and implement strategies that strengthen culture, leadership, and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Support leaders in change management and team development. **What We Are Looking For?** An Organizational Development and Learning (L&D) Expert to design and implement strategies that strengthen culture, leadership, and performance. If you possess strategic vision and are passionate about talent development, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct organizational diagnostics, gap analyses, and DNC assessments. * Design and deliver training programs (ADDIE, 70-20-10) in both in-person and virtual formats. * Implement performance management models (OKRs, KPIs), workplace climate initiatives, and NOM-035. * Support leaders in change management (ADKAR/Kotter) and team development. * Administer career planning, succession planning, and training budgets. * Prepare executive reports with HR data analytics. **What Do You Bring?** * **Skills:** Strategic thinking, effective communication, facilitation, empathy, stakeholder management, adaptability, and confidentiality. * **Knowledge:** Organizational diagnostics, instructional design, performance management, People Analytics (intermediate level), climate surveys, and LMS (desirable). * **Regulatory Compliance:** NOM-035, NOM-030, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and DC-3/DC-4 management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in OD, L&D, or HR. * Basic-to-intermediate English (reading proficiency). * Experience working with leaders and middle management.
