




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the sales area with experience in fraud prevention, process control, and information linkage with internal audit. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the sales area and use of the RETAIL system 2. Fraud detection and prevention in handling of funds 3. Process control and work policies **Responsibilities**: * Use of the RETAIL system and/or similar systems * Support in the sales area * Detect and prevent fraud (cash counts, reconciliations, verifications, selective audits, accounts receivable, and other processes involving handling of funds). * Ensure compliance with processes, policies (guidelines), and work formats. * Administration and preparation of administrative and informational minutes. * Accountability documentation and control of work processes. * Link relevant information, as requested, with the Head of Internal Audit to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration, accounting, or related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (administration, construction projects, or sales). * Proficiency in administrative software or ERP systems **We Offer:** Weekly salary \+ commissions \- Benefits EXCEEDING statutory requirements: Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Loans, School Supplies Support, Birthday Leave. \- Statutory benefits: Social Security, Year-end Bonus, Vacation, Vacation Premium, Profit Sharing, INFONAVIT, Fixed Shift, Maternity Leave and Lactation Period, Paternity Leave, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $2,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings account * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
