Position Objective Implement strategies that meet the academic and administrative needs of applicants, students, and parents belonging to the academic programs under your responsibility, promoting optimal student development throughout the three significant stages of their journey: admission, retention, and graduation from the Institution. Functions and Activities o Develop action plans with teachers from each group to ensure academic quality and student achievement. o Inform parents about students' academic and disciplinary performance during each period so they can support their learning. o Analyze partial, semester, final, and extraordinary results to establish academic follow-up strategies that guarantee final accreditation. o Generate report cards and academic records for each student to identify strengths and areas for improvement. o Organize global skills courses for new students to facilitate their campus induction. o Participate in campus events to support the new student enrollment process and goals. o Design and implement strategies to reduce student dropout rates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Language Sciences, Applied Linguistics for English or French teaching and translation, Education, or related field. Master’s degree desirable. Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of French (desirable). Experience in student interaction and follow-up. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
