Perform quality control and basic machine maintenance **Job Objective** Operate, program, and adjust CNC machines for cutting, drilling, and machining wood and wood-derived materials (MDF, melamine, plywood), ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with production standards in the manufacturing of kitchens and residential furniture. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** **Operation and Production** * Operate CNC machinery (router, CNC panel saw, machining center) according to production orders. * Interpret blueprints, designs, and digital files (CAD/CAM). * Execute CNC programs and perform basic parameter adjustments (speed, feed rate, depth). * Mount and secure materials on the machine for proper processing. * Verify dimensions and tolerances of produced parts. **Preparation and Setup** * Load programs and prepare cutting tools. * Perform basic calibrations and machine adjustments. * Select appropriate tools based on material type. **Quality Control** * Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications. * Identify deviations and adjust operational parameters accordingly. * Minimize material waste. **Basic Maintenance** * Perform basic preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, tool inspection). * Report malfunctions or anomalies to the maintenance department. **Safety and Organization** * Comply with industrial safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5S).
