Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are aligned, disciplined, inspiring, accountable, results-oriented, and transparent. **Job Objective** * Identify potential new clients by analyzing the pipeline according to industry sector and company size, working with the Sales Executive to refine selected prospects and schedule appointments for the Sales Executive. * Make all types of customer calls (cold, warm, and hot) using the company’s script to follow up on customer needs or initiate new business opportunities. * Record all commercial activities in Zoho CRM, from creating a new opportunity, follow-ups, closing, and post-sale activities. * Prepare logistics service quotations in Cargosphere based on customer requirements, verifying applicable rates with the sales representative to ensure they are current, correctly reflected in client documents, and sent within required timeframes. * Schedule client meetings for Sales Executives, recording information in the CRM and accompanying the executive to identify and document the client’s logistics needs. * Follow up with the client during shipment and after operation closure, adapting to each client’s unique working style to provide specialized and personalized service. * Ensure during SOP development that the client's needs align with the assigned operations team for the client’s operation. * Provide commercial support and follow-up to Sales Executives to achieve sales closures and deliver outstanding service. * Register clients, suppliers, and foreign agents, sending required documentation to the Credit & Collection department to initiate client operations. * Follow up and assist with credit requests made by clients, verifying the status of the process and informing accordingly to initiate operations. * Support the Sales Executive in tracking client operations with responsible executives, assisting in resolving issues or closing files. **Key Competencies** * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, extroverted, with a sales-oriented profile. * Results-driven with self-motivation. * Solid ability to communicate effectively and assertively. * High proficiency in customer service skills. * Strong persistence and persuasion skills. * Excellent teamwork capabilities. * Strong client negotiation skills. * Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar tools to record all client-related activities and follow-ups. * Solid problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of import and export logistics operations via sea, air, and land, including incoterms. * Knowledge of quotation preparation, routes, sales cycles, and customer follow-up at different stages. * Intermediate English, capable of writing and conducting business conversations. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Support, performing sales activities in freight forwarding companies. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund of 10%. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Major Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance. * Hybrid work model (after transitioning to indefinite contract). **Committed to Diversity** As an equal-opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, R.H.
