Oversee design and deployment through Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies We are looking for a **Lead Azure Cloud Engineer** to guide our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) in architecting, automating, and supporting advanced cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure. In this leadership role, you will steer the adoption of modern Azure solutions, ensure secure and scalable platforms, and provide mentorship within the team. Join us to influence the future of our cloud capabilities. **Responsibilities** * Architect cloud automation solutions using PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, YAML, Terraform, C\#, and other relevant programming or scripting languages * Oversee design and deployment of resources through robust Infrastructure\-as\-Code methodologies * Direct and maintain solutions through Azure DevOps including Pipelines and Repos * Coordinate operational workflows using cloud\-native utilities such as Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security tools * Prepare and update documentation within the CCoE wiki covering specifications and operational guidelines * Lead cross\-functional DevOps teams, balancing development initiatives with operational excellence * Guide and assist internal clients in onboarding to cloud environments * Safeguard client environments post\-onboarding to ensure ongoing security compliance * Administer network platform operational tasks to maintain performance and connectivity **Requirements** * Proven leadership background with 5\+ years in cloud engineering or related technical positions * Hands\-on expertise with IaaS provisioning, particularly Virtual Machines * Proficiency in PaaS services such as WebApps, Azure Database offerings, Kubernetes, Data Lake, and Databricks * In\-depth knowledge of Azure networking fundamentals including IP subnetting, Network Security Groups, routing, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancing, and DNS * Experience applying engineering and coding skills within agile frameworks like Scaled Agile * Advanced usage of Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment * Awareness of cost management and security best practices in product and solution design * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles to improve automation and scalability * Familiarity with Azure\-native management and monitoring tools * Strong documentation abilities and commitment to client satisfaction * Excellent communication and presentation skills adaptable to varied audiences * Capacity to work autonomously while fostering team collaboration * Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to constructive feedback
