We are currently recruiting for the position of **SERVER ADMINISTRATOR** within the IT & INNOVATION department, with the following profile: We require a **Server Administrator** with solid experience in **Windows and Linux** environments, capable of managing infrastructure, virtualization, and critical services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system continuity, security, and optimal performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administration of **Windows Server** and **Linux** servers. * Management of **Active Directory**, GPOs, users, and permissions. * Handling and administration of **databases**. * Backup and restoration using **Veeam Backup & Replication**. * Virtualization with **VMware vSphere / ESXi**. * Management of **security policies**, monitoring, and hardening. * Execution and control of **jobs**, automation, and scheduled tasks. * Technical documentation and updating of procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: **3+ years** in server administration. * Demonstrable knowledge of: Windows, Linux, AD, VMware, Veeam. * Database experience (SQL/MySQL) is desirable. * Basic/intermediate networking knowledge. * Analytical mindset, incident resolution focus, and commitment to continuous improvement.
