Position Summary: We are seeking a clinical psychologist to supervise the proper functioning of the structure, develop activity programs, and provide training and emotional support to children. Responsibility and commitment in a supportive environment **THE JOY OF CHILDREN \*\*\*\*\* IS SEEKING \*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*ENVIRONMENTAL OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST\*\*\*\*\***\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Age: 26 to 35 years old Education Level: BACHELOR'S DEGREE; Field of Study: CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY (DIPLOMA AND LICENSE REQUIRED) Skills: Leadership Teamwork Creativity Decision-making High sense of responsibility and commitment Frustration tolerance Assertive communication **Knowledge of and sensitivity toward vulnerable populations** **Experience: Intervention with children and vulnerable populations.** **Intervention and knowledge regarding violence.** Personnel management. * Daily Activities: Ensure the proper functioning of each structural component (schedules, routines, programs, processes, regulations, discipline, responsibilities) * Supervise that all house activities are carried out according to the Structure. * Develop activity programs * Provide ongoing training to staff responsible for child care * Implement and monitor behavioral strategies * Provide emotional support to children when required * Keep the clinical psychologist informed about observed behaviors and mood states of children and adolescents residing at the Institution, especially those receiving psychological care * Propose improvement actions for assigned tasks, as well as carry out any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or management team related to one’s area of work COMPETITIVE SALARY: 10,000 TO 12,000 MEXICAN PESOS (commensurate with experience) STATUTORY AND SUPERIOR BENEFITS WORK SCHEDULE: TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 11:00 AM TO 8:00 PM 1-HOUR LUNCH BREAK WE SEEK A PROFESSIONAL WITH A VOCATION FOR CHILDREN Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
