Job Summary: Operations Coordinator responsible for managing and inspecting the transportation fleet, ensuring tractor safety, and maintaining communication with operators to resolve incidents and conflicts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and inspect the transportation fleet, ensuring vehicle safety. 2. Handle conflicts and resolve problems immediately. 3. Maintain constant communication with operators and provide customer service. Operations Coordinator The position is open to manage and inspect the transportation fleet, dispatch vehicles, and ensure tractor safety prior to departure; verify that tractors have diesel fuel, carry reliable spare parts, and that trailers are in good condition; above all, maintain extensive communication with operators to promptly report any incidents occurring during transit, handle conflicts and resolve problems immediately, manage operators’ conflicts of interest, and appropriately handle customers while upholding the company’s commitment.
