Focus on control, order, and continuous improvement Fleet Maintenance Manager Puebla, Puebla ________________________________________ Position Objective Ensure vehicle fleet availability, reliability, and control through strategic management of preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing costs, time, and resources while guaranteeing operational continuity. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Manage fleet maintenance: tractor-trailers, heavy-duty trucks, pickup trucks, forklifts, and utility vehicles. • Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs • Monitor KPIs: availability, failures, downtime, cost per unit • Supervise internal workshops and external vendors • Manage spare parts and inventory • Diagnose recurring failures and propose improvements • Control and reduce maintenance costs • Manage and develop the technical team (mechanics, electricians, assistants) • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety conditions of vehicles ________________________________________ Profile • Mechanical or automotive engineering degree, or related field • Experience in heavy fleet maintenance (mandatory) • Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Experience leading operational teams • Focus on control, order, and continuous improvement • Proficiency in KPIs and executive reporting We Offer: Managerial salary Statutory benefits Benefits exceeding statutory requirements . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 10 years of experience Age: 35 years or older Driver's licenses: A Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
